Mark Hickler purchased and machined a Cooperman blank banjo rim for me based on a completely custom top tension flange and a JLS tone ring that I sent to him. The craftmanship that he provided on the rim was perfect. In addition, he took the time to develop and suggest alternatives as to how the rim should be turned because of the unusual nature of my flange. I am completely impressed with the services he provided and the care that he took to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

I sent my Gibson Mastertone rim to Mark as the wooden hoop which retains the tube and plate flange had become unglued from the rim itself. When I received the repair, the tube fit with a snap and the workmanship is brilliant. I now have an as new Gibson Mastertone banjo pot better than any that were made in the 1970's.
